In order to claim these credits all delegates will need to complete an online satisfaction survey. You will find your personal code printed on your congress badge.
The survey will be accessible at www.jointogethergroup.com/3illrs-asami2017survey from Monday 4 September 2017 and remains open until 25 September 2017.
After you have completed the online survey you will receive both your Certificate of Attendance and your CME Credits Certificate.
